How do I sign up or get help for myself or a loved one? 

Click Start My Journey and fill out the form. From there, an NCA team member reviews your information against our eligibility criteria, then reaches out to schedule an intake so you can be connected with the most relevant services.


What are your eligibility criteria?

New Chapter Alliance serves Mecklenburg County residents who work full-time and are either justice-involved, low-income seniors or housing-insecure youth. If you are justice-involved, you are welcome to apply regardless of your criminal record or when you were released.


Do you help people with active or pending charges?

New Chapter Alliance is happy to connect you to resources if you have active or pending charges.


Do you charge for your services?

No. New Chapter Alliance’s services are free to everyone we serve.
