Expanding Housing and Hope

An interactive overview of NCA’s strategic expansion to provide a full spectrum of housing and social services. We are scaling our proven model to serve McKinney-Vento families, seniors and justice-involved individuals at 20% Area Median Income (AMI) and below.

The NCA Service Model

Our approach is built on three pillars: serving the most vulnerable populations, providing intensive wrap-around support and creating a sustainable financial framework to ensure long-term stability.

Who We Serve

Targeting populations with the highest barriers to stable housing.

Justice Involved Individuals

McKinney-Vento Families & Youth
Low-Income Seniors (≤30% AMI)

Cost Per Family Intervention

A comprehensive two-year investment covering housing placement and all wrap-around services.

$30,000

Per family for 2 years

Our Core Competency

We combine permanent housing with intensive, personalized supportive services to address the root causes of instability and empower long-term self-sufficiency.

Bridging the Affordability Gap for 20% AMI Families

Stable housing for extremely low-income families is only possible with deep rental subsidies. This chart illustrates the critical gap NCA and its partners work to fill.

Our Network: The Operational Backbone

Our success relies on a robust, collaborative network of partners across housing, finance, healthcare and community services. This ecosystem ensures holistic, wrap-around support for every client.

Our Team's Unique Expertise

A blend of clinical expertise (MSW Social Workers) and invaluable practical insight from staff with lived experience creates a foundation of trust and effectiveness.

Funding Our Expansion

To serve new populations and deepen our impact, we are pursuing a diversified funding strategy to cover critical needs in rental subsidies, specialized staffing and housing acquisition.

Deep Rental Subsidies

Secure funding to supplement government vouchers and cover the true cost of housing for the 20% AMI population.

Specialized Supportive Services

Hire Geriatric Social Workers and McKinney-Vento Specialists to provide expert care for new populations.

Capital for Acquisition

Acquire and develop new housing units specifically designed for seniors and large families.

Diversified Funding Strategy: We will leverage data-driven outcomes to attract a mix of government, foundational and corporate support, demonstrating how stable housing creates positive public impact.
